Refund policy

Return Window

You have 30 business days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund.

Eligible Items for Return

  • Unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached.
  • Items that are damaged or incorrect due to our fault.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Washed or worn items.
  • Items with removed tags.
  • Customized or personalized items (unless due to our error).

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us by email at contact@selleze.com to initiate a return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) and include the RAN along with a copy of your receipt.
  4. Ship the return to the address we provide.
  5. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to credit the refund to your account.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are not currently offering exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, you will need to return your original item for a refund and then place a new order.
