At Selleze we want you to love your new tees! This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return an item.

Return Window

You have 30 business days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund or store credit (your choice).

Eligible Items for Return

  • Unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached.
  • Items that are damaged or incorrect due to our fault.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Washed or worn items.
  • Items with removed tags.
  • Items purchased during a clearance or sale event (unless damaged or incorrect).
  • Customized or personalized items (unless due to our error).

How to Return an Item

Please contact us, we will assist you in returning your order.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 7 business days.

  • If approved for a refund: Your refund will be processed within 7  business days to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to credit the refund to your account.
  • If approved for store credit: You will receive a store credit code via email for the full amount of the returned item(s). This credit can be used towards any future purchase on our website.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges at this time. However, you can easily achieve an exchange by returning your unwanted item(s) following the instructions above and then placing a new order for the desired size or item.
